Return Refund Policy

5 Important Points to Rememer

Point 1

In Palet, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority
Therefore, customers can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

·          the request for return is submitted within 10 days of receiving the item for Palet Mall items, and 7 days for all other qualified products.

·          the items to be returned are unused and unwashed, with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

·          within the guaranteed time (30 days) you do not receive your item.

Point 2

Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable except for wrong items and those damaged in the shipping process.

If you receive a damaged/defect item, please notify us within 24 hours of reception. We might ask you to share snap shot with us at

Please note that any returned item that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned back to the customer at his/her own expense. We will not make any reimbursement in this case.

Please ensure that the items you wish to return are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Order cancellation⤵


·          Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven’t been shipped out.

·          If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact
 within 2hr of placing your order.

·          Once the packaging and shipping process have started, order cancellation will no longer

Palet cannot grant refund if: ⤵

·          your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. wrong shipping address

·          due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control your order does not arrive (e.g. delay
caused by natural disaster)

The underlisted product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange/Refund” unless there is an inherent damage or quality issue that was not seen by our team during delivery:
